Seven years ago, we opened SubCulture as a gathering place where artists, thinkers, and innovators could share their passions with audiences looking for transcendent experiences. It was an intimate space created for intimate connections, and throughout the years we cultivated an impassioned fanbase that appreciated our obsessiveness for the intangibles.

The last seven years have been an amazing chapter for us, but we feel that the time has come to move on from our home on Bleecker Street. When we look ahead to the future, our decision to leave our current location makes sense.

We're incredibly proud of what we've accomplished during our time at 45 Bleecker Street, and we want to celebrate the talented artists and amazing patrons that have made this an emotionally rich experience for us. Most of all, we want to thank every member of the SubCulture staff whose hard work and dedication to a shared vision make SubCulture what it is — we've become a tight-knit family throughout the years and will undoubtedly remain so as we journey forward. We are grateful to everyone who has supported and championed us, and we look forward to seeing what the future brings.
